<p>Con los problemas presupuestarios, sin precedentes, que esta realidad ha traído, los países están empezando a preparar medidas urgentes del lado del ingreso. En la recesión de 1929 el tipo marginal del impuesto sobre la renta en EEUU pasó de un 25% a un 63% en un primer momento y, a continuación, fue ascendiendo hasta alcanzar el 94% para las rentas más altas. Algunos países de nuestro entorno, como Italia, estudian una tasa Covid, con un aumento, por el momento, de 8 puntos marginales en el impuesto sobre la renta y, algunos políticos, abogan por aprobarla también en España. <br>
Por otro lado, se debate en la actualidad un impuesto extraordinario a la riqueza o elevar sustancialmente el impuesto sobre el patrimonio actual, impuesto que, defienden varios economistas de distintos países a nivel Europeo para devolver la deuda generada en la crisis.</p>
<p>En esta mesa redonda telepresencial contaremos con la opinión de tres fiscalistas que tratarán de anticipar los escenarios fiscales más probables y qué medidas podrían tomarse.

<p><strong>Miguel Ángel Mayo</strong>. Técnico de Hacienda del Estado y Vicepresidente del Sindicato Mayoritario de la AEAT GESTHA. Conferenciante internacional participando en diversos foros internaciones. Representante español de la UFE, Unión de Personal de Finanzas de Europa.</p>
<p><strong>Begoña Rey. </strong>Presidenta de AEFIS (Asociación Española de Fiscalistas) y socia de Rey Quiroga Fiscalistas. Posee una amplia experiencia en planificación fiscal de las empresas. Colabora en la redacción de diversas obras de contenido tributario y es ponente habitual en diversos foros.</p>
<p><strong> Juan Fernández</strong>. Socio de Rey Quiroga Fiscalistas. Funcionario en excedencia del Grupo Superior de la Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria (AEAT), profesor de fiscalidad en la UNED, de la AEAT y del Instituto de Estudios Fiscales. Ponente habitual en diversos foros.</p>
